Ingredients:
Artichokes (61%), sunflower seed oil (38%), wine vinegar, salt, chilli pepper (0.1%), garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
Allergens:
May contain traces of milk and derivatives, celery and nuts.
Storage:
Once opened the product can be kept for up to 10days if stored fully covered by oil and at a constant temperature between 0 and 4ºC.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal neat, as an aperitif and as an accompaniment. Excellent to go with cold dishes, to offer to your guests and customers or to enrich vegetable buffets.
