Product Description
In late spring, the Yellowfin Tuna migrates to the waters of the Bay of Biscay, thus beginning the tuna season, which only ends in October. The capture is carried out with selective fishing gear, in which the fish is caught individually, with hooks, so that it suffers less and results in a better quality meat.
The Yellowfin Tuna is characterised by its white colour and tender meat, with a smooth flavour and succulent texture, being the canned fish of choice for the most sophisticated palates.
