Product Description
Plaza del Sol’s fish stock is perfect for making delicious paellas, suquets, fideuà, soups, rice dishes, risotto and any recipe you can imagine. It is a natural concentrated broth, made with fresh rock fish and crustaceans from the bay of Santa Pola, near Alicante in Spain. It includes fried tomato, ñoras peppers and garlic of the highest quality, 100% Mediterranean and gluten-free. You will be able to prepare the best recipes in a homemade and traditional way.
Each tin is enough to prepare 5 to 6 servings of paella.
Preparation Suggestion:
1 – Shake can 410 gr. (5/6 servings).
2 – Dilute the can of stock with 3 cans of water (using the same container as the bottom) in a pot, bring to a boil and set aside.
3 – In the paella pan, fry the toppings to taste (fish, seafood, etc.)
4 – Pour the diluted stock into the paella pan.
5 – Cook over high heat (stove/plate) until it begins to boil and add the rice (500 gr), shake to homogenize and cook over high heat for 2/3 min.
6 – Reduce heat to medium and cook for approx. 15/16 min. Turn off the heat and let it rst for 10 minutes before serving.
