Capers are pickles made from the unripe berries of the capparis spinosa shrub, that grows in the Mediterranean.

Capers (SULPHITES), water, alcohol vinegar, salt, acid (E300), antioxidant (E330).
Allergens:
May contain traces of sulphites, fish and almonds.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to prepare appetizers, to serve with drinks or as a colourful addition to the buffet table.
