Pasco is one of the market leaders of award winning natural Indian sauces with an authentic taste and easy to prepare. Vindaloo is a very hot Goan dish made of marinated pork. The very hot Pasco Vindaloo Curry Paste consists in a balanced combination of spices such as coriander, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, turmeric with a lot of chilli powder and pepper.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed Oil, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Chilli Powder (8%), Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Garlic (8%), Tomato Puree, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Garam Masala, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid.
Allergens:
May contain traces of eggs, milk products, mustard, peanuts, other nuts or cereals containing gluten.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Preparation Suggestion:
Shake well before using. In a wok put 2 tablespoons of some fat and fry 250g of meat cut into thin slices. Stir for 2 minutes. shake
Add 2 tablespoons of Vindaloo Curry Paste and stir (don’t forget to shake). Let it boil. Cook with lid to release the flavours, if desired, you can add some water. Serve with Basmati rice or Naan bread.
