Pasco is one of the market leaders of award winning natural Indian sauces with an authentic taste and easy to prepare. Madras curry is a very hot curry which comes from the south of India. The very hot Pasco Madras Curry Paste consists in a balanced combination of spices such as coriander, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, turmeric with a lot of chilli powder and pepper.
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil (rapeseed), coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, modified maize starch, tomato paste, acetic acid, citric acid, salt, water.
Allergens:
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, milk, mustard, celery and eggs.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 1 month.
Preparation Suggestion:
Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown.
Add 500g meat or veg and fry for 2mins.
Add 2tbspn of Pasco Madras Curry Paste and fry for 2mins.
Add water if more sauce is required, simmer on low heat until meat is cooked.
Usage Suggestions:
Add fresh ingredients of your choice such as meat or vegetables, and your delicious authentic Indian dish is ready in minutes. Serve your madras curry with basmati rice and naan bread.
