Petingas are the youngest specimens of sardines. A canning classic, with the highest quality of manual production. Very tasty in the mouth, with a fine and intense texture at the end.
Nevis Petingas in Olive Oil are manually selected cleaned before being quickly steamed. Finally, they are placed in the can, with a vinegar sauce that gives it a seasoned flavour as well as a very characteristic texture.
Petingas in Vinegar Sauce can be consumed directly from the can, on fresh or toasted bread, or in other recipes such as salads (where the liquid from the can is ideal to enhance the dressing), pasta, rice, etc.
Ingredients:
SARDINES (sardina pilchardus) (70%), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, aromas.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Usage Suggestions:
