Petingas are the youngest specimens of sardines. A canning classic, with the highest quality of manual production. Very tasty in the mouth, with a fine and intense texture at the end.
Nevis Petingas in Olive Oil are manually selected cleaned before being quickly steamed. Finally, they are placed in the can, with olive oil and salt before being sterilized, which gives them a long life.
Olive oil helps to preserve and enhances its flavour. In addition to this, it maintains a more balanced ratio between fatty acids (Omega 3 from fish and Omega 6 from olive oil).
Petingas in Olive Oil are ideal for consumption directly or in salads, the simplest of all, simply accompanied by onion and dressing.

SARDINES (sardina pilchardus) (70%), olive oil (29%), salt.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
