Product Description
A thin, very light and crispy wafer, without eggs or butter, flavoured with Bourbon vanilla. When the wafers are rolled, they are called “chalumeaux”, a speciality of the town of Albi in the south of France. These thin wafers can be enjoyed as they are or combined with a dessert (ice cream, pastry cream, fruit salad) or a hot drink.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), dextrose, Bourbon vanilla natural flavour 0.4%, salt, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, raising agent: ammonium carbonates.
