Lizi’s Gluten Free Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made with gluten free oats, nuts and seeds. Ideal for coeliac and all those looking for a gluten-free diet.
All the Lizi’s granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. A single 50g serving should keep you going until lunchtime and avoid the mid morning cravings that come with so many other cereals.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free OAT flakes 54%, rapeseed oil, seeds 8% (pumpkin, sunflower, golden linseed), desiccated coconut, nuts 7% (CASHEW NUT pieces, HAZELNUTS pieces, ALMOND pieces, WALNUT pieces) fructose, black treacle and chicory fiber.

Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place. Reseal bag after use.
