Leonardi’s smoked Balsamic glaze is produced with typically Modense grape must, concentrated and mixed with an aged Balsamic. Its main feature is its high thickness and application versatility. The bbq aroma is added at the end to add extra flavor to your dishes.
Ingredients:
Concentrated grape must, Balsamic vinagar of Moderna 25% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must, must) modified starch, natural smoked flavour.
