This Leonardi Balsamic Glaze Flavoured Cafe is produced with typical Modenese grape must, concentrated and blended with an aged Balsamic: its main feature is the high thickness and the great cooking versatility. Café flavour is added for an extra dimension of decadent sweetness.

Excellent on puddings, ice cream, panna cotta, pancakes, to add flavour to coffee, in hot milk and in cocktails. Ideal to decorate dry patisserie.
