Lee Kum Kee plum sauce is na excellent dipping sauce for roast duck, pork and even spring rolls. Chinese salted plums are simmered together with sugar to make a rich golden jam, balanced with a hint of sharp rice vinegar, ginger and chilli.
Ingredients:
Sugar, salted plum (25%), water, rice vinegar, modified corn starch, acidity regulator: E330 and E331, ginger, chilli pepper, stabilizer E415 (SOYBEAN, WHEAT)

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
