Caramelized orange zest in very fine biscuits made with summer butter, fresh eggs from happy hens, Tienen sugar and flour. The natural orange flavor gives this delicious and crunchy Jules Destrooper Almond Thins a unique fruity touch.
Summer butter is made from the milk of cows that spend the summer feeding on pastures. Contains “soft acids” which makes it creamier and smoother.
Tienen sugar comes from one of the oldest refineries in the world (The Tienen Refinery) and is produced and sieved with the greatest possible care. It is known and appreciated for dissolving very quickly and very delicately making it perfect for making cookies.
