Mi Goreng is a type of typical Indonesian fried noodles flavored with Kari Kapitan or Captain’s Curry is a Peranakan chicken curry dish, rich in spices and flavor. Ibumie uses a variety of dried spices such as pepper, fennel, cardamom, clove and coriander to enjoy a noodles dish topped with authentic Peranakan curry full of flavours.
Ingredients:
Noodles: WHEAT FLOUR (65%), palm olein (contains antioxidant (E320), salt, thickener (E412), emulsifier (E452), acidity regulators (E500, E501). Seasoning oil: palm olein (contains antioxidant (E320), shallot. Soy sauce: SOYBEAN, sugar, salt, WHEAT FLOURr, brown sugar, colour (E150a), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E210). Seasoning powder: salt, curry spices (1.2%), flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E627), red chilli powder, yeast extract. Vegetable pack: fried shallots.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Boil noodles in briskly boiling water for 3 minutes. Mix seasoning and sauces while noodles are being cooked. Take the noodles from the water and drain well. Mix noodle thoroughly with the seasoning and serve.
