Legend has it that Dulce de Leche was discovered by accident in Argentina by the seemingly forgetful maid of Manuel de Rosa. The story goes she was cooking milk and sugar when she was unexpectedly called away. On her return, she discovered the milk had transformed into the thick brown sweet goo that is Dulce de Leche.
Dulce de leche Havanna is a soft and sticky milk toffee spread made from a slow-cooked combination of sugar and milk.
Ingredients:
Water (34%), sugar (26%), whole MILK powder (22%), glucose and fructose syrup (11%), skim MILK powder (7%), natural vanilla flavour.

Storage:
Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Delicious straight out of the pot onto toast or croissants, spooned over crème caramel or as icing for that special cake. It’s an essential ingredient for banoffee pie and simply wonderful stirred into yogurt. Or for that extra indulgent treat, try it poured warm over ice cream or pancakes.
