Palmiro is the new product from Galateo & Friends, a sauce made with date vinegar. A rare product, 100% natural, that enchants and delights the most demanding palates, thanks to its harmonious and balanced notes. The date juice, after being transformed into vinegar, is mixed with a natural concentrated date juice, giving it the brownish hue together with the fresh aroma of the dates and a dense texture. A controlled conservation in small steel barrels preserves the persistent and intense flavour of Palmiro.
An incredible topping for salads, cooked or raw vegetables, white meats, cold cuts and foie gras; perfect for soft or matured cheeses, fresh fruit and jams, yoghurts, ice cream and for a wide variety of cheesecake.
