The Iberian Paté with Smoked Paprica is made with the best Iberian Pork and the best Smoked Paprica from La Vera with a Protected Designation of Origin. It is a wonderful cream that combines the best flavors and nuances of Spanish extreme cuisine.
It is ideal for spreading on toast. It can also be used in vegetable, pasta, meat sauces or to combine with potatoes.
Ingredients:
Iberian pork liver (27%), bacon and pork, water, fried onion (onion, olive oil and salt), cultivated mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), wine, sugars, skimmed MILK powder, extra virgin olive oil (1%), salt, pea vegetable fibre, powdered EGG , flavourings, garlic, corn starch, paprika (0.4%), spices and herbs.
