Product Description
Oyster Sauce is a typical Chinese cuisine condiment, popular in the cuisines of Vietnam and Thailand. It is a thick sauce, with a sweet taste traditionally prepared boiling oysters in water, on a low heat, until obtaining a brown sauce.
The deSIAM oyster sauce was specially designed for sautéed dishes.
Ingredients:
Water, sugar, SOY sauce (water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT flour, salt, sugar), thickener: modified tapioca starch, salt, OYSTERS (MOLLUSCS) 7%, natural colour: E150a caramel.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Bake 100 g broccoli in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Soak in cold water.
Cut into small peduncles and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Sauté ½ onion (in slices), 80 g of mushrooms (in halves) and ½ carrot (in cubes).
Sauté until tender and set aside.
Sauté 150 g of beef loin (sliced) until well cooked.
Add the cooked vegetables, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Add a little water and sauté until completely cooked. Serve with steamed white rice.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for seasoning pasta, vegetable and other sautéed ingredients, for marinades or as a base of some dishes, such as steak with broccoli.
