Product Description
deSIAM Spicy Sirach Red Chili Sauce, is a spicy blend of red chilli and garlic. A delicious table sauce to go with roast beef and kebabs.
With Deism’s premium sauces it will be easier to bring the authentic Thai dishes to your home.
Ingredients:
Chilli 30%, water, garlic 8%, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, thickener: modified tapioca starch, thickener: xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Hit an egg.
Add 60 g shrimp, ½ carrot (in slices), 2 tomatoes (in quarters and without seeds), ½ onion (in slices). Mix well.
Add 200 g of cooked rice and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve with lemon wedges and deSIAM Spicy Sriracha Red Chili Sauce.
Usage Suggestions:
Excellent for sautéing or rush in salmon or chicken before grilling, for a spicy coating. Is also great for soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, or on anything to add a delicious, spicy taste.
