The kaffir lime leaves are very aromatic and suitable for Asian cuisine.
The leaves can be used in soups and sauces and is one of the key ingredients of Thailand’s green curry.
This kaffir leaves seasoning paste contains 2 individual sachets of 15g.
Ingredients:
kaffir lime leaves 48%, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, water, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, ascorbic acid, thickener: xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated.
Usage Suggestions:
To give a citric aroma to curry dishes and soups, it goes very well with chicken, pork or lamb.
