Caviar is considered a luxury delicacy, consisting of unfertilized sturgeon roe without any type of additive, colourings or preservatives.
The “Huso Huso” Iranian Caviar comes from the Beluga Sturgeon, one of the largest fish in the world that reaches up to 7 meters and usually exceeds one tonne.
Its longevity is close to 100 years, but it is one of the rarest species because its creation is by far the most complicated of all species. This sturgeon takes about 15 years to reach sexual maturity, more than double the other species.
This Caviar Import Beluga Huso Huso Caviar was selected from the only breeder that meets the standards of quality, located in Italy.
This caviar is renowned for its superior grain and extremely delicate and fragile membrane. The eggs appearance are from light grey to dark grey with marble shades.
It is ideally served with the least possible handling to avoid any breakage. Its taste is so delicate that it emerges best when consumed alone.
