Prepared from crystallized cherries of exceptional quality, macerated in maraschino liqueur for at least 30 days so that they acquire that particular and special flavor, which we coat as our chocolate and thus obtain this appreciated cherry bombom.
Caro is a manufacturer of traditional Spanish Aragon sweets, which consist of a carefully selection of crystallized fruits with a dark chocolate coating. The company is also specialized in Maraschino cherry, which is macerated in Maraschino liquor before being coated with chocolate, and in Orange and Apple Delights wich are thin slices of orange and apple dipped in dark chocolate. Another highlight is the Guirlachicos, a traditional product of the company, made in a completely artisanal way and consisting of small portions of nougat guirlache covered in chocolate.
Ingredients:
Confit and macerated cherry* (cherry, glucose and fructose syrup, sugar, alcohol, acid: citric acid (E-330), colour: erythrosine (E-127), flavourings) and chocolate icing** (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin (E-322), natural vanilla flavouring). Minimum cocoa content: 56%.
