This Cape Herb & Spice’s Louisiana Cajun Rub has a Spicy medium bite with an spicy, burny aroma.
Ingredients:
Sea salt, coriander, paprika, MUSTARD seeds, chilli, onion, cumin, garlic, oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, marjoram.

Preparation Suggestion:
Apply liberally with oil 20 minutes prior to cooking, and again during the cooking process for depth of flavour.
Usage Suggestions:
Spinkle over oiled pieces of chicken, beef, lamb or seafood prior to, and during cooking. Alternatively, knead into bread dough before baking, shake onto roasted potato wedges or stir through some cream cheese for the ultimate chip or bread dipper.
