This deliciously punchy traditional blend of island spices is wonderfully versatile, suited to flavouring meat, chicken and vegetables.
This Cape Herb & Spice-Caribbean Jerk Rub has a taste and aroma of Onion, black pepper and thyme with a strong chilli burn, with top notes of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
Sea salt (40%), chilli (17%), brown sugar, onion, thyme (7%), cinnamon (4%), cayenne pepper, allspice (2.5%), black pepper.
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to flavouring meat, chicken and vegetables. Apply prior to cooking, or for a more infused flavour, marinade prior to grilling to perfection.
Avoid to use under heating containers and always cover after use, to avoid getting humidity.
