The sprinkle insert allows chilli enthusiasts complete ease of use and the striking design means that our chilli tins sit well on the dinner table regardless of the level of formality.
Certainly not for the feint hearted! Made from the but jolokia, or ghost pepper. It was at one stage recognised by The Guinness World Records in 2007 as the world’s hottest pepper and was believed to have acquired the name “Ghost” because of the somewhat milky colour the just-ripe pepper assumes, which differentiates it from other peppers.
Ingredients:
Sea salt, Paprika, Ghost Chili flakes (10%), Chili flakes 10%) Sugar, Smoked Chili flakes (7%), Dried garlic, Dried onion, anti-caking agent (silicon Dioxide), Lemon juice powder (Maltodextrin, lemon juice), colour (paprike extract).
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to add some “fire” to any dish, spice rub, sauce or marinade.
Shake before use.
