Garam Masala is a blend of highly aromatic and tasty spices widely used in Indian cuisine. Every home and region in India has its own special recipe for this warming mix of fragrant spices, often added towards the end of cooking.
This Garam Masala Rub is one of the Cape Herb & Spice favourite mix of cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, curry leaves and ginger.
Ingredients:
Coriander, cinnamon (15%), sea salt (15%), cumin, roasted garlic, fennel, black pepper (6%), cloves (3%), cardamom (2%), star anise (0.5%), curry leaves, ginger extract.
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, gluten, mustard, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
Traditional used in Indian cuisine, it is usually added to the dish near the end of your confection.
Usually cooked with coconut milk, garlic, onion and nuts as a base for curry paste.
it is ideal to use in most Indian dishes including lamb or chicken curries and rice pilaf.
Avoid to use under heating containers and always cover after use, to avoid getting humidity.
