Sweet, bright and fruity molasses with a long-lasting flavour. A blend of dark red Kutahya and Katirli sour cherries creates a sweetness and pleasant acidity. The concentrate is carefully heated in small batches to maintain its sweet, spicy flavour and deep red colour.
