Bumbu Bali is a spice blend for making a Balinesse Seasoned Chicken dish. An instant approach to a traditional Balinesse dish, made with only the freshest natural ingredients. The spices are Shallots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chilli, salt, vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
Shallot (38%), chili (15%), palm oil, garlic (10%), SOY sauce (black SOYBEAN, brown sugar, salt, water), salt, ginger (4%).

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Heat oil in a pan, stir fry Bamboe Bali for 1 minute. Stir in 1 chopped tomato and meat (450g 1cm thick sliced beef or chicken cut in parts). Stir fry another 5 minutes. Add 150ml water (and 1tsp sugar if preferred). Simmer for 20 min until sauce thickened. For vegetarian: Omit meat ans simmer tofu and fried potato for 10min.
