Botterviken red gold is the first labeled food of Swedish origin. Try introducing a spoonful of red lump roe to a simple toast or avocado and you will see that it is manufactured in Kungshamn, on the west coast of Bohuslän.

Salted LUMPFISH roe (88%), water, thickener (E415), preservatives (E211, E202), acid (E330), safflower extract, onion extract, dye (E120). Catch area: lumpfish (Cyclopterus lumpus) – Northwest and Northeast Atlantic.
