Abba Herring for frying 395g is a dehydrated salted herring that is excellent to use for double-breaded fried herring. The product contains herring (Clupea harengus) of highest quality fished in the North East Atlantic from viable stocks. Abba herring is produced in Kungshamn on the west coast of Sweden.

Preparation Suggestion:
Abba frying herring are salted herring fillets with skin that are
excellent as a traditional double-breaded fried herring. Follw these
steps: Rinse the herring for a while under running water and pat dry.
Place the herring fillets in flour, dip in beaten eggs and then in
breadcrumbs. Finally, fry until golden brown on both sides and serve
with some boiled potatoes, melted butter, lingonberries and dill.
