Caviar is considered a luxury delicacy, consisting of unfertilized sturgeon roe without any type of additive, colourings or preservatives.
This Comptoir du Caviar Ossetra Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii is one of three varieties from the Caspian Sea along with the Sevruga and Beluga being considered (by many) the most iconic. Selected from a farm in Uruguay that since 1995 creates sturgeon in exceptional conditions between the Rio Negro and the Baygorria lake.
Available in quantities of 20g and 50g.
