Mi Goreng Thai Tom Yam Noodles is loaded with fresh spices such as lengkuas (galangal), citronella and tamarind, Mi Goreng noodles with Thai Tom Yam flavour accentuates the bittersweet flavours of tamarind, with a citrusy touch from citronella and the warming taste of ginger.
Mi goreng, also known as bakmi goreng, is an Indonesian style of stir-fried noodles dish.
Ingredients:
Noodles: WHEAT FLOUR (65%), palm olein (contains E320), salt, thickener (E412), emulsifier (E452), acidity regulators (E500, E501). Chilli sauce: red chili, water, sugar, salt, garlic, acidity regulator (E260). Seasoning oil: palm olein (contains E320), shallot. Soy sauce: SOYBEAN, sugar, salt, WHEAT FLOUR, brown sugar, colouring (E150a), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E210). Seasoning powder: salt, red chili powder, flavour enhancers (E621, E631), spices, yeast extract.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Boil noodles in briskly boiling water for 3 minutes. Mix seasoning and sauces while noodles are being cooked. Take the noodles from the water and drain well. Mix noodle thoroughly with the seasoning and serve.
