Fillets from the tuna belly, considered the noble part of the tuna, preserved in Olive Oil so that this part of the fish, so particular, gets an even more appetising flavour. Produced with fish caught in the Atlantic Ocean.
The Yellowfin Tuna Ventresca has a firm and succulent texture. Try it with toasted bread over a base of piquillo peppers.
