Tandoori Massala mix is traditionally used to marinate poultry, meat, fish, which will be roasted in a Tandoor. This mixture consists of: coriander, cumin, cloves, cardamom, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and sweet paprika.
Tandoori Massala can be used to add a special touch to curry, vegetable dishes, it goes very well with tomato and potato sauces.
It can be added to stews, grilled meat, pork, chicken or vegetables, giving it an exotic flavour.
