Virtuoso Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate or hot cocoa is a hot, sweet drink made with chocolate or cocoa powder dissolved in hot milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 Virtuoso Biscuit
  • 1 double espresso
  • Dark chocolate
  • Milk

Preparation Method

  1. Fill the glass with a teaspoon of chocolate. If you are using a chocolate bar, cut it into smaller pieces to speed up the melting process.
  2. Prepare a double espresso and pour it directly over the chocolate in the cup. Tip: preheat the cup to prevent the coffee from cooling too quickly and to make the chocolate melt faster.
  3. Pour as much milk as you want into the jug and then steam at a temperature between 60°C and 65°C. Gently pour the boiled milk into the glass.
  4. Crumble a Virtuoso biscuit on top and enjoy!
