Virtuoso Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate or hot cocoa is a hot, sweet drink made with chocolate or cocoa powder dissolved in hot milk.

1 Virtuoso Biscuit

1 double espresso

Dark chocolate

Milk
Preparation Method
- Fill the glass with a teaspoon of chocolate. If you are using a chocolate bar, cut it into smaller pieces to speed up the melting process.
- Prepare a double espresso and pour it directly over the chocolate in the cup. Tip: preheat the cup to prevent the coffee from cooling too quickly and to make the chocolate melt faster.
- Pour as much milk as you want into the jug and then steam at a temperature between 60°C and 65°C. Gently pour the boiled milk into the glass.
- Crumble a Virtuoso biscuit on top and enjoy!
