Tagliatelle with chicken
This tagliatelle with chicken gains another glow with avocado and mushrooms. The ideal dish for when you lack the time or desire to cook.
Ingredients

300 g chicken breast

200 g avocado

2 cloves garlic

40 g stoned black olives

basil

150 g watercress
Preparation Method
- Cook the tagliatelle in a pan of water seasoned with half the salt, for 7 minutes, or until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with the remaining salt.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add the chopped garlic cloves, and sauté the chicken cubes and the quartered mushrooms.
- Stir and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Place the tagliatelle in a deep dish and arrange the chicken, mushrooms, and peeled and diced avocado on top.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with the olives, thinly sliced dried tomatoes, and basil, and drizzle the pasta with this emulsion.
- Accompany with the watercress seasoned with 1 dessert spoon of olive oil.
