Quail Eggs Stuffed with Cod Liver

Preparation Method
- Place the quail eggs in cold, salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Cool the eggs under running water, peel, cut gently, and remove the yolk.
- Separate the cod liver from the oil, mix with the egg yolks and mash with a fork.
- Chop the capers and add them to the stuffing, add pepper to taste.
- Stuff the quail eggs, and connect the halves with a toothpick or skewer.
- Place the lettuce leaves on a plate and string them on skewers.
- Place the stuffed eggs on the plate, and decorate with mushrooms, olives, or pieces of salmon.
