Steaks with Tellicherry Pepper Sauce

Preparation Method

  1. Season the steaks with salt, black peppercorns, and rosemary. Heat the oil in a frying pan, let it heat up, add the meat and cook until it is to your liking.
  2. Remove the meat to a plate and set it aside.
  3. Pour the cream into the pan and let it cook, so that the cream mixes with the meat juices left in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle with Telicherry pepper and season with salt.
  5. Drizzle the steaks with the previous sauce and serve them with white rice.
