Preparation Method
- Thaw the Prawns of Mozambique, rinse with cold running water and drain well.
- Next, arrange the shrimps in a wide roasting pan so that they do not overlap too much and season with coarse salt.
- Drizzle the shrimps from Mozambique with the chimichurri sauce, mix well and place in a preheated oven at 200° for 18 to 20 min. approx., turn Cameroon halfway through.
- Serve the Shrimp with chimichurri sauce with toasted slices of bread and green salad.
