Enjoy delicious meal with authentic Thai Panang Curry. deSIAM Panang Curry Paste is a soft combination of red chilli, aromatic citronella and roasted spices that can bring out full flavour of Panang Curry!
Ingredients:
SOYBEAN oil, sugar, lemongrass 13.3%, chili 12.4%, garlic, shallot, coriander roots, galangal, salt, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), kaffir lime leaves, powdered massaman (cardamom seeds, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds), white pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Panang Curry Recipe: In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil until very hot. Add the Panang curry sachet and stir-fry until the flavour is released. Add 165ml of coconut cream. Add 300g of diced meat and 40ml of water. Let it boil. Add 200g of diced vegetables (to taste), 1 teaspoon of FISH sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it boil until cooked. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves and serve with cooked white rice.
