Coconut milk is an opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts, distinct from coconut water. It is widely used for culinary purposes because it is a drink rich in good fats and nutrients like potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Ingredients:
coconut extract (86%), water, antioxidant: citric acid, thickener: guar gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened transfer into a container, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Shake before use.
Usage Suggestions:
Use as an ingredient for Thai curries, stir-fries, desserts and cocktails.
